We are now seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team!

In this role you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources and communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.

This role will conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs. Leads prospective residents and family members on guided tours. Inspects the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis in order to maximize tour readiness. Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date prospect database. Performs the required follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.

Successful candidates will have a passion for sales and two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is required.

Compensation includes a base wage plus commission!
