We support our accounts with excellent sales and support from their first encounter with us through product development and delivery.

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a top performer committed to excellent customer service. This is a sales role that is fast-paced and detail-oriented with the potential for advancement. Experience in our target markets or the glass packaging industry will get our attention. A positive attitude is a must!

Job Objective:

Responsible for sales, account management, and prospecting new accounts within assigned territory. The Account Manager will “own” the territory and work closely with the National Sales Manager to grow the division organically. Choose between working in-person at our Manor (Austin), TX headquarters office, remotely, or a hybrid of the two.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and establish contact with prospective customers.
  • Build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs and suggest products to meet those needs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding new products, price quotes, sales contracts, and all other aspects of sales.
  • Coordinate with the sales support team for an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
  • Oversee client contracts and compliance.
  • Respond to customer complaints to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management that will assist in product development, industry trends, and future inventory needs.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
  • Travel to key accounts as needed. Anticipated travel is approximately 10% of the time.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years’ experience in a sales, account manager, or account support role is preferred.
  • Candidate must possess tech-savvy skills with the ability to work efficiently in current software applications. Experience using CRM and ERP systems preferred.
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • A high standard and understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize follow-up, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously—a sense of urgency and strong time management skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, including written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative demeanor in team settings and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Self-motivating with the ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
