RETAIL SALES POSITION

If you are a motivated, high energy person this is a sales job for you. Our fireplace business is in need of a retail sales person. You will be responsible for helping customers choose the correct fireplace that meets their needs. We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to help take our business to the next level. You will be working directly with customers and other retail sales people at our store to make the buying decision of our customers a positive one.

Retail Sales responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge concerning all of our products and pricing structure
• Advise customers about the correct fireplace for their situation
• Build rapport with customers by providing accurate guidance
• Recommend more than one product option whenever possible so customers feel as though they have multiple options
• Explain to customers the difference in performance and convenience across our product lines
• Timeliness of getting back to our customers with an accurate quote

Retail Sales qualifications and skills

• Completed at least 2 years of college or 5+ years of proven sales results
• Some accounting skills required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to work a rotating 5 day schedule that includes Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
