Your Impact Will Be:

• Creating a welcoming experience by authentically welcoming and thanking, every customer every time.
• Handling customer transactions by ringing the sale on a cash register, collecting payment, making change, bagging the merchandise, and thanking the customer.
• Processing all items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with company best practices.
• Working efficiently to minimize customer wait time while maintaining customer service and accuracy.
• Following register prompts, be empowered to make it right for the guest while following Targets policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers)
• Stocking supplies during store open hours while being available for customers.
• Demonstrating a commitment to customer service so every customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.
