Norman serves a busy breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, so there can be flexibility in shifts. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. Los Alamos is a growing destination for food and wine enthusiasts, with Norman being a driving force. We are a chef-driven restaurant with a guest centered service approach to hospitality.

Responsibilities

-Be a large part of a small, collaborative team executing high-volume service 7 days a week

-Knowledgable about all menus, with recommendations, tasting notes and dietary restrictions

-Share your passion for food, wine, and craft cocktails with patrons in every interaction

-High standards on cleanliness and tidiness in your areas and completing side work

-Serving patrons inside, on the patio, hotel room service and poolside with excellence

Qualifications

-Restaurant serving experience with refined crafted cuisine and cocktails with fresh and local ingredients

-Restaurant serving experience with extensive local and global wine and beer menus
