ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECALIST

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Account set ups

GC account set ups – when Construction is behind

Deposits/Payments

Coding Checks, coding ACH deposits, update Zoho

Collections

Reports, Updating Zoho, call and email customers, work disputes, work action items, research credits/short pays, etc.

Credit rebills/AR ADJ

Revise invoices – email to customer or back to sales rep, work w/ sales rep on disputes and adjustments, pull all back up to go w/ adjustment, enter in Zoho, monitor Zoho for completion, update spreadsheet in Zoho

REFUNDING CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS

Pull all backup to enter in Zoho, watch for approval then forward to be processed

Phones

Phone rollover duty

MEETINGS

Prepare for AR meetings with managers

Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
