We are looking for a PART TIME Residential Property Manager to be responsible for the management and oversight of a residential LIHTC property in St. Peters, MO

Property Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property business
• Keep all paperwork up-to-date and to correct compliance specs
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Complete lease/contracts with residents in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish company set goals and report periodically on performance

Skills

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understand property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management Especially LIHTC
• Competency in OneSite and relevant databases and software
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
