We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Booking Agent opportunity! You will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning. You will handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Anyone with an outgoing personality, who loves to travel is highly encouraged to apply! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Arrange Travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
• Attend webinar training is a must for future travels
• High school diploma or an equivalency
• Two or more years of experience in customer service or the travel industry
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not required
