Monrovia Memorial Hospital is currently hiring a Full Time, Night Shift, Registered Nurse ( RN ), 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Providing supervision of nursing care provided to patients by other nursing caregivers.
• Developing the plan for nursing care in coordination with the patient, family and other staff disciplines when necessary.
• Communicating changes in the patient’s clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and co-workers as appropriate. Participating in the discharge planning process.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of California
• Current BLS and ACLS certification with updates

Skills/Qualifications:

• Clinical Skills, Bedside Manner, Infection Control, Nursing Skills, Physiological Knowledge, Administering Medication, Medical Teamwork, Multi-tasking, Listening, Verbal Communication, Health Promotion and Maintenance.
• Six (6) months experience working in an acute inpatient setting preferred.
