QUALIFICATIONS

· Licensed in the state of Texas as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse, or qualifying Compact state License

· RNs and LVNs with experience preferred but not required- Pediatrics, tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.

· Previous Private Duty Nursing experience as well as ICU, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex Pediatric, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.

· RNs and LVNs must have reliable transportation

· RNs and LVNs must successfully pass state required background screening

· RNs and LVNs must successfully pass drug screening

· RNs and LVNs must have effective communication skills

· Demonstrated commitment to professional growth

SALARY

· Up to $32 / hour for LVN on case by case basis. Up to $38 / hour for RN, negotiable per assignment, shift and patient acuity
