VNA Hospice NWI is expanding and looking for team members that will enable us to manage our growth and provide exceptional care for our patients.
$10,000 BONUS (bonus based on FTE Status and experience)
VNA Hospice NWI is Hiring:
Full-time, On-call RN Home Hospice
$10,000 BONUS (bonus based on FTE Status and experience)
Every other weekend Friday 4:30 pm- Monday 8:00 am on-call
Two alternating shifts during the weekday 4:30 pm- 8:00 am on-call
Coverage Area: Porter, LaPorte, Starke, Jasper, Newton and Lake County
SUMMARY:
Patient care visits, admissions, phone triage are all required. Hospice experience NOT required. Must be a registered nurse (RN).
Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS rate

Follow Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies for reaching each childs specific developmental goals.
; Coordinate, directs, supervises and controls all aspects of assigned projects from conceptual design through construction, making detailed plans to accomplish
Maintain federal and state required compliance postings in local office. Moss Adams complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable
Maintains food and beverage readiness by notifying employees of service standards, ensuring adequate supply and food inventory levels, and keeping equipment
Certs required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) Verification.
