WEEKLY SCHEDULE

  • 5x8
  • Monday to Friday


JOB TYPE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supervises LPN and Med Techs
  • Participates in IP planning
  • Reports to team leaders regarding patient status
  • New admission assessments
  • Insulin Delegations


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Must have a valid RN license in the state of Oregon


LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

RN License (Required)


SALARY

  • Up to $45.00 per hour
