Grand Itasca's Rapid Clinic is a walk-in clinic that provides treatment for common illnesses and minor injuries for patients six months and older.

Practice Opportunity

As a provider in Rapid Clinic you will work closely with Emergency Department and Family Medicine providers at Grand Itasca.

Scope of Practice

Certified Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants will work in close collaboration with all Rapid Clinic staff to provide the highest quality care to our patients. Rapid Clinic providers will work on a rotating basis to ensure all needs are met. Rapid Clinic is open Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Rapid Clinic is closed on most major holidays, with the exceptions of Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Grand Itasca's clinic, including Rapid Clinic, has around 10,000-12,000 patient visits per month. The primary service area of the clinic includes roughly 50,000 people. In the local and surrounding community, Grand Itasca is the dominant provider of primary health care services.

Grand Rapids is approximately 3 hours from Minneapolis, 90 minutes from Duluth.
