Property Accountant's role is based on accounting tasks for commercial properties, including closing the books and records for about a dozen assets.

Essential Duties:

• Financial reporting on assets.
• Interact with other financial colleagues and vendors
• Handle cash transactions
• Creating client reports Perform tax and audit tasks
• Account reconciliation
• Calculate and prepare statements of cash flows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Analytical Understanding budgets and variance analysis
• Strong Microsoft computer skills

Commercial experience required.

Industrial experience is highly preferred.
