AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as a Technical Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for supplying direct technical support to AMSOIL dealers and customers via phone, fax, and email. This position reports to the AMSOIL center in Superior, Wisconsin.
Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on AMSOIL products and their recommended usage
• Provide outstanding customer service to drive positive sales and increase customer loyalty
• Assist with warranty cases and make recommendations to approve or deny based on findings
• Provide technical support to other internal departments as requested

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in operating a computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a call center environment
• Understanding of mechanics, lubricants, and automotive parts
