Assist receptionist with overflow of incoming calls. Take calls directed to the accounts receivable department from patients and/or insurance carriers.

Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, collecting copays. Previous Medical Experience is required.

Triage patient calls for pharmacy requests, test results, medical questions and concerns as directed by the physician; documenting outcomes in EHR.

Maintains and monitors own work schedule and that of team. Maintains documentation in the patient's records of evaluation, treatment, assessment, and plan.
