We provide a convenient alternative to an ER visit or doctor’s appointment for illnesses and injuries that are urgent but not emergent. We are family-owned, and one of the fastest growing urgent care chains in the Midwest, with 20+locations between the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area since our doors opened in 2012.

We are currently looking for a Pelvic Physical Therapist based out of our West Loop, Chicago location.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Evaluates patients; interprets evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction
• Establishes treatment goals and plans treatment to achieve established goals
• Implements the treatment program through direct treatment of the patient; coordinates with other health care personnel as appropriate
• Regularly assesses clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progress of patient toward goals, and need for modifying goals and treatment
• Monitors and maintains essential patient care and safety during procedures; applies safety principles as identified by established policy
• Ensures compliance with legal issues including but not limited to patient confidentiality and risk management; ensures compliance with JCAHO, federal, state, and local regulations

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Masters Degree

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
