Provision Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient physical, occupational, speech and counseling services to the geriatric population. We are seeking a motivated, creative, engaged physical therapist to join our team and help to improve the quality of life of seniors at the Blake at Chenal Valley. An interest in or experience in pelvic health is preferred.

We value individualized, hands on care, so manual skills are a plus! One-on-one 55 min treatment sessions. As a company we emphasize the importance of continuing to grow and learn so a passion for continuing education is required. Dry Needling experience preferred. New grads welcome!

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Physical Therapist is to direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation according to organization’s guidelines, professional standards and community needs. This position will also serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers while participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice

Qualifications:

Licensed PT that graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program that holds a current license in the state of Arkansas. 1+ years of experience preferred, although new grads will be considered.
