We are excited to announce the opening of a pharmacist position at Klein’s! This opportunity is part of our retail pharmacy. You will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding team, interact with multiple providers, including prescribers, group home managers, case workers, etc., and have the ability to work with state-of-the-art automation technology. If you are a pharmacist that is savvy with technology, this position will be highly desirable.

Position Expectations – Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver outstanding customer service/care
• Prescription processing and verification
• MTM services (OutcomesMTM, CSS Health/MTM Path, etc.)
• Supervision of pharmacy team – pharmacy technicians and delivery coordinator
• Ensures the pharmacy operates in accordance with all applicable laws and company standards
• Role in ensuring execution of thorough training plans for new hires
• Work in conjunction with Pharmacy Manager to create, review, and implement standard operating procedures and company policies
• Evaluate and implement new value-added services

Requirements You Will Need

• Doctor of Pharmacy
• Active Ohio pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience
• Immunization certified
• Dedicated, personable and energetic individual
• Working knowledge of pharmacy information systems
• Familiarity with pharmacy practice settings, legal requirements, proper drug handling, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Innovative professional

Job Type

Exempt, Full-Time (40 Hours)

Schedule

• Closed Sundays and all major holidays
• 8-to-9-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday requirement (9am-1pm)
• Shift starts no earlier than 7am and ends no later than 7:15pm
• 30-minute paid lunch break included
