The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking an Mid-Level Systems Engineers to support our location in the Saint Louis, MO region. You will work within our Bombers and Fighters Division.
Our Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team within BDS provides system integration services to US Navy, Air Force and international military partners. Systems Engineering means integrating performance, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability and human systems into all of our products and solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
Prepare data for management review for tracking performance to plan

Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Presents informational and/or technical materials in briefing format.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of meetings and events.

Develops and maintains project meetings schedule.

Monitors and tracks execution of the tasks planned and communicates status to all project participants.

Assists Project and Program Management with execution of the Program and the various tasks required.

Maintains configuration control of all meeting materials and meeting minutes.

Maintain and coordinate organizational updates and announcements.

Maintains and coordinates Supplier and Customer access to Boeing systems.

Assists the technical team with Problem Report status tracking and resolution.

Communicates Problem Report metrics and resolution performance.

Tracks aging Problem Reports and assists with resolution planning

Onsite – not hybrid or virtual - This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Associates Degree or greater

More than 7 years of engineering or equivalent experience

Experience using all of the following Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Collaboration & written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Strong organizational skills

Experience with reading and interpreting Federal Acquisition Requirements (FARs)

Experience with manufacturing quality and hardware delivery

Independent self-starter

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+7 years' related work experience, 11 years' related work experience, etc.).In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range: $61,000 – $82,800
