Our client is growing and needs an additional Payroll Specialist to take on special projects and take on a portion of the regular payroll duties. You’ll be assigned to manage the payroll for 3 of their 10 locations.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the company is preparing to double the number of locations, which means the position will grow in responsibility over the next five years. There are also several special projects they are looking to complete, including testing new payroll software. They recently upgraded to Ascentis HRIS which includes a time keeping module.

This fully remote position must reside in Texas and requires:

· Experience with payroll software

· Success managing the payroll for over 300 employees

· Attention to detail

· Ability to comfortable explain payroll details to employees such as taxes and deductions

· Ability to work remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
