PART-TIME PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR
Parts Room – 20 hours per week
Saturdays* 12 hours (6am – 6pm) – 8 hours any other day (Flexible schedule)*

Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of a Part-Time Procurement Coordinator (Parts Room) located in the vibrant community of Windom, MN.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Distribute supplies and parts to maintenance and team members.
• Assist requisitioner in maintaining inventory.
• Maintain an accurate inventory.

• Customer service.

• Other duties as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Inventory Control
• Mechanical aptitude
• The ability to perform in an office environment as a team player
• Independence, able to work with limited supervision
• Organizational skills, can set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and database entry/management
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask
