Part Time Maintenance Worker
Apartment community in North Baltimore, OH seeks a part-time maintenance worker.
Duties consist of repairs, painting, and refurbishing empty apartments. Experience needed in minor plumbing, electric, and drywall. Must have own hand tools and a drivers license.
Must be a self starter, organized and need little supervision. Will be able to follow directions and multitask.
