Marketing Coordinator Cardiovascular Practice:

Florida Cardiopulmonary Center (FCC)is looking to add a star to its team! We are looking for a proactive person that thrives in a fast-paced environment as part of a team managing day-to-day marketing tasks, coordinating patient referrals, maintaining procedure follow-up information, and other tasks.

The Cardiovascular Coordinator will assist in promoting optimal service and care to the patient referred with cardiovascular diseases. The coordinator acts as a resource person to referring practices and their staff for FCC and Cardiovascular Laboratory. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on developing a marketing program for the practice; including establishing and managing the marketing calendar, timelines & deadlines. The person will act as a liaison, developing strong relations between the doctor/team with referring practices and patients. Implement direct marketing strategies to target patient referrals and doctor referrals. The Marketing Coordinator is involved in both internal and external activities, as well as traditional activities (community events, referral marketing, advertising, and education clubs) and online activities (newsletters, social media, and ad campaigns).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish marketing campaigns
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and report on metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of marketing initiatives based on budgets, cost parameters, objectives, return-on-investments, and reports to Controller
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate productivity and referral activity for each location and physician
  • Organize activities and resources in emerging directions for the creation, promotion, and production of marketing materials and collateral for advertising in local news programs and directories
  • Perform marketing initiatives such as online ad promotions, sponsorship programs, email promotions, social media activities, and website content
  • Evaluate and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and patient satisfaction
  • Maintain communication with referring offices via visits, emails/phone calls, and newsletter
  • Research new doctors and establish new relationships/referral partners
  • Coordinate educational events, community events, and study club events

Supports the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of the Florida Cardiopulmonary Center.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience

Minimum of 1 year of related experience in healthcare and sales.

Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change.

Ability to routinely cover a large geographic referral area

Ability to teach/learn effectively with adult learners

Ability to work as a team player

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

High level of energy and motivation

Passion for service and quality

Positive attitude, approach and ensure fairness and consistency in actions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
