Compensation: $20-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of new engaging programs, courses, and content that meets learning objectives

• Update and maintain current learning

• Develop practical and engaging e-learning opportunities

• Create multimedia, graphics, and interactive course solutions

• Integrate supporting material/media into courses (audio, video, resources etc.)

• Working with subject matter experts, assessing content, and identifying knowledge gaps

• Following established e-learning design standards and branding guidelines, and providing innovative ideas to enhance the design approach

• Quality assurance (QA) testing of courses prior to their release; uploading/testing courses in the LMS

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years L&D / training administration

Requirements:

• Available to work up to 20 hours per week

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience developing content and storyboards in Articulate 360 and Storyline 360

• Strong visual/graphic design skills with experience in applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Ability to write clear, engaging, and effective instructional text

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models

• Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills

• Experience with learning management systems

• Workday experience a plus
