Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and reconcile to the Balance Sheet
• Responsible for Inventory transactions related to accounting
• Responsible for the General Ledger
• Proper posting of Cost of Goods Sold
• Payroll and all related entries
• Assist CFO to produce Monthly financials
• Bank Reconciliations
• Monthly Entries
• Recurring Entries
• Oversee the flow of cash
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Strength in Excel a must

Education:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
