Kringle Candle Company is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Human Resources Generalist Details:
- 20-29.5 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Potential to become a hybrid schedule
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Day to Day Operational Support
- Staffing, Recruiting, and Onboarding
- Record Retention
- Employee Relations
- Workers Compensation
- FMLA/ADA/LOA Tracking
- Workers Compensation
- Employee Trainings
- Employee Handbook Updates
- Audits
- Reporting
- Benefit Administration
- Labor Law Compliance
Human Resources Generalist Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated evidence of knowledge and continued training in employment law, compensation, worker's compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and development
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft environment (Word and Excel)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Has schedule flexibility
- Ability to work as part of a productive team
- Has a positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently with limited supervision
