Kringle Candle Company is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

Human Resources Generalist Details:

  • 20-29.5 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule

  • Employee Handbook Updates
  • Audits
  • Reporting
  • Benefit Administration
  • Labor Law Compliance

Human Resources Generalist Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated evidence of knowledge and continued training in employment law, compensation, worker's compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and development
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft environment (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now
  • Has schedule flexibility
  • Ability to work as part of a productive team
  • Has a positive and outgoing personality
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently with limited supervision
