Key Responsibilities:

• General bookkeeping
• Duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general journal entries, and month end accruing entries
• Assist the accountant with miscellaneous tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities preferred:

· General bookkeeping experience strongly preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

· Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy

2-3 years of experience

Associates degree in accounting preferred

**10-20 hours per week

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
