Liberty Place Pub in Kennett Square is looking for Bartenders! We're looking for passionate team members with strengths in service, knowledge of beers, wines and mixed drinks, and a commitment to the guest experience. Must have availability that's consistent from week to week (typically same day of the week, same hours). We are willing to train the right candidate! Must be a people person!

We are looking for serious and reliable candidates with a strong work ethic, a consistent schedule and a positive and professional attitude!

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with a welcoming atmosphere
• Perform bartender duties with professionalism, energy and a positive attitude
• Remain calm and polite under pressure
• Keep a clean, organized area
• Follow all relevant brand standards and adhere to all company policies
• Follow all Covid related policies and procedures
• Promote specials and build a customer base
• Strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service standards

Bartender Requirements:

• Must be a people person with a positive attitude
• Must be well-spoken, friendly and outgoing
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Must be able to follow a regular, consistent schedule week to week
• Must be available some weekends!
