Looking for a motivated individual to handle the daily maintenance operations of an apartment community in Springfield, Missouri.

Looking for roughly 15 hours per week.

Duties will include the following:

• Working with property manager to maintain the property
• Maintaining a presentable property appearance
• Addressing property issues as they arise (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Professional tenant interactions at all times
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Working in a cost effective manner to control expenses
