As an Occupational Therapist at The Shandy Clinic, you will have the opportunity to help every family we serve to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential by:

  • Providing comprehensive pediatric services, and evaluations assessing various skills and areas of development
  • Assisting families with home programming and community transitions
  • Completing re-evaluations, establishing and maintaining client plans of care, and making treatment recommendations that are relevant to each individual client
  • Documenting daily treatment sessions and progress reports according to insurance standards
  • Supervising one or more Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Integrating with a multidisciplinary team of OT, PT, ST, ABA, and Clinical Psychologists
  • Collaborating with all other disciplines, client’s families, teachers, supervisors, and The Shandy Clinic administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, human resources)

Qualification Requirements:

  • Masters level degree in Occupational therapy or greater
  • Current DORA License in the state of CO or eligible to obtain
  • NBCOT certification required
  • Completed Level II Internship in Pediatrics or 1-year experience preferred

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • PRN

Compensation Range:

  • $67,000 - $102,000 per year (compensation dependent on experience and productivity)
