**$1,000.00 Bonus**

Registered Nurses Needed in Chinle, AZ Surgical Unit:

• $3,857.00 Gross Weekly 40 hours
• $70.00 Base Hourly + $1,057.00 per diem
• Location: Surgical Unit in Chinle, AZ
• Shift: 8 Hour shifts totaling 10 shifts/2-week period.
• Weeknight On-Call/Standby Hours: 15.5 Hours per night*
• Weekend/Holiday On-Call/Standby Hours: Twenty-four (24) Hours per day.*
• Any State License Accepted
• Start date: As soon as clearance is granted

Requirements:

• Unencumbered RN License
• At least 1 year RN experience
• TNCC, ACLS, BCLS, PALS with American Heart Association prior to start date
