Having an OTR that could help with late day evaluations would be an extra bonus. Occupational Therapy Assistant License (Preferred).

A valid NJ APN License with prescriptive authority. This job is for a part time or per diem Nurse Practitioner working *1-3 days/week*.

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Assistant will field phone calls, as well as schedule and oversee the crews work performance to ensure
