You’ll work directly with ownership in the design, improvement, and management of our business systems (and the teammates running the systems) from our Bellevue office. We’ll teach you our processes, and you’ll get to know every division, and the systems it uses, well enough to effectively train and manage these successfully.

• Create, document, & manage procedural operating systems for success.
• Build, document, and maintain our Wiki (Q&A database)
• Manage accurate data collection, maintenance, and analysis.
• Select and train team members to successfully run systems

Although this position ‘owns’ certain baseline tasks, responsibilities, and results, everyone on the team understands and agrees to be flexible in nature and capability, and everyone cross-trains to cover for anybody else’s position when it’s useful. Qualifications

• (required) *Freaky* Attention to Detail, Hustle, & Hunger
• (required) 3+ years in business administration, with operations experience.
• (required) bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration.
• (required) Google Apps, Calendar, Sheets, & Docs
• (required) Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
