OPERATIONS MANAGER

Are you experienced in managing ticket or service requests? Have you ever coordinated teams of field staff, ensuring Team Members execute their daily jobs at client locations? If so, read on!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The work in this role will include customer communications, scheduling, dispatching, billing, coordinating vendors, and following up with service requests for our portfolio of over 300 Vacation Rental Properties on Cape Cod. This role is exciting because no two days will be the same. Often you may be helping a homeowner understand the importance of properly resolving the issue at their home, prioritizing multiple service requests, shuffling schedules around to get the work done as needed or managing projects as they come up. You’ll be asked to be dynamic and work across roles within our tight-knit and hard-working Operations Management team.

ABOUT YOU

If you have worked in any sort of Operations Center in the military; an emergency center; network center; or for a distributed service provider you likely would have the background and expertise to fit right into this role.

• You are skilled at using many different software and technology platforms to solve problems and work smarter
• Organization and prioritization comes naturally to you
• You are able to clearly and professionally communicate via phone, email, text, in-person, and through apps without challenge
• You are able to pivot on the fly and manage multiple, competing tasks
• You are unflappable, and can handle a fast-paced environment
• Available to work weekends between Memorial and Labor day
• Project Management experience is a huge plus
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is highly desired
