Madison Health and Rehabilitation is now looking to hire per diem Occupational Therapists (OT) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.The Occupational Therapist provides services to patients including assessment, treatment, and program planning and implementation, as well as related documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and foster optimal outcomes. Madison is a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that offers both private and semi-private rooms. Our facility offers a wide range of amenities and services specializing in short-stay rehabilitation and long-stay care. Our Madison staff is dedicated to improving the functional ability of each individual. If you are looking to join a kind and interdisciplinary team, we would love to meet you!

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess current state license in good standing with the State Board
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family MemberS
  • Must Pass a Drug Screening and Level 2 Background Check
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facitity Preferred
