Part-time W-2 and contract positions available.

Home Health Occupational Therapists will be resposible for:

- Comprehensive Evaluations

- Post hospital, re-certification re-evaluations

- direct patient care

- Care coordination with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, patients and families

- Patient and caregiver education

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Per diem

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
