Position Summary:
Health Force is in search for an experienced clinician to join the team. In this role, the Nurse Practitioner or MD 1099 contractor will be scheduled for in person appointments with the responsibility of administering preemployment health assessments, Tuberculosis screens, and PPDs for all new hires.

Each pre-scheduled session will last approximately one or two hours. This position will be approximately 10 hours a month, and the contractor must hold malpractice insurance. Schedules are arranged according to your availability; however hours are not guaranteed. You must be willing to work at least 10 hours monthly, within operation hours which run Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30pm. Candidates who are unable to work during these operation hours, or who cannot commit to 10 hours monthly will not be considered. Location is 1909 Pine Ave in Niagara Falls.

Qualifications:

• NYS Certified Nurse Practitioner License or MD License
• Must hold malpractice insurance
• 2 years prior experience within home care or community health populations
• Must have own transportation
