East Coast Custard firmly believes that an Multi Site Operations Manager must have an ownership mentality. This is a unique opportunity to assist in the overall operation of our restaurants and bring the business to next level.

In this role, you will be required to assist in the oversight and management of 3 East Coast Custard locations (Mentor, Painesville Twp. and Fairview Park), and will offer administrative support in the corporate office as well as at the locations. The focus of this job would be on the successful operation of the restaurant's, assist in the develop of management staff, interviewing, hiring, development and training of staff, product quality and consistency, and ensuring excellent customer service. Owners be looking to you to help advance our brand by better utilization of social media platforms, assist in the design of apparel, enhancing our digital media signage, and optimizing the POS systems. This position will report directly to the store owners.

While the General Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and overall performance of the restaurants. The Multi Site Operations Manager will work closely with those general store mangers to hire and train other team members for the overall success of the resturant. They will supervise and work alongside them and other team members to ensure adherence to company policies, leading the teams and organizing the weekly labor schedules and controlling costs. Other responsibilities include making store deposits, understand how to open and close the store and maintain store cleanliness, as well has the higher level management needs of the restaurant operations while working with the owners to take the operation to the next level.

This position may require local travel within a 30 minute radius.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of back office computer
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Must have reliable transportation
• Knowledge of PC or Mac operating systems

Responsibilities:

• Manages employees and operations of the store including, but not limited to hiring and firing, labor laws and scheduling.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Health Department Guidelines and operates the restaurant within those parameters.
• Submits necessary paperwork and reports monthly for the restaurant and employees.
• Maintains stock by placing weekly inventory orders.
• Delivers deposits to the bank on behalf of the restaurant.
• Provides professional customer service and addresses all customer complaints.
• Supervises crew members, crew leaders and Assistant Managers and Managers
• Effectively opens and closes the store.
• Understand & adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Create and maintain schedules for team
• Maintain 3rd party delivery platforms.
• Assist in the maintenance of the social media marketing.
