Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care for our Riverview Care Center in Columbus, OH. Both Full-time and Part-time opportunities are available, as well Day and Night shifts available. Riverview is conveniently located on the COTA Bus Line. Optalis offers:

As a Nurse in our Riverview Care Center, you will ensure that our residents receive appropriate personal care and are able to attain their optimum level of functioning. You will build trusting relationships with residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN License in the State of Ohio
  • IV-Meds certified
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
