Mortgage Company Licensed Loan Officer

We are looking for a responsible, and hardworking individual who is able to multi-task and work successfully in a team environment. MLO License required.

Must maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information with discretion and professionalism.This will entail loan structuring, preparing, managing locks, managing pipelines, pre-screening and pre-qualifying. This position will also be responsible for managing realtor relationships, co-marketing and overflow client management, as well as re marketing and tracking previous clients and CRM management. Attention to detail is key or you will not be successful.

Work schedule is 8:00 am – 4:30 pm., weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed.

• Management of Loan Pipeline
• Loan Structuring
• Pre-Screening
• Pre-Qualifying
• Managing relationships with Real Estate Agents and Account Executives
• Marketing
• Strong work ethic, and excels in a team environment
• Punctual and dependable
• Able to prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
• Organized with a great work ethic that can keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer and software skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; supporting the team to reach common goals.
• Mortgage experience preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
