• Data collection & analysis of employee activity across various databases and milestones
• Track & detail SHI and Employee activity across SHI departments and systems
• Generate reports from multiple databases/data sets merging into spreadsheets and/or database
• Maintain customer relationship database – contacts, quotes, opportunities, and appointment tracking
• Write formulas and macros in Microsoft Excel and Access for reporting and database management
• Analyze, interpret, format, and summarize data for management review
• Support requests and project initiatives from other SHI departments based on excel data

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years in Analyst role
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other dashboard programs
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access for reporting and database management
• Experience with customer relations and satisfaction

• Database management and reporting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to follow direction while working individually and in a team environment
• Analytical mentality to interpret, format, and summarize data for management review

• Experience with:
  • Microsoft Tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other dashboard programs
  • VBA (Visual Basic for Applications): creation of custom and complex macros; Dynamics AX: CRM
  • SharePoint: export and enhancements

• The estimated pay range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
