Job Description:
o MES Quality Specific set ups
o CSS (Configuration Spread Sheet) assistance for configuration and testing
o Quality related procedure development/work instruction creation
o Build PPQ plan with Quality Functional Lead
o Build the Quality Plan with Quality Functional Lead
o Participate in UAT, if applicable
o Work with QEs and MEs to adapt production Quality Inspection procedures into a format compatible with MES conversion
o Work with production QEs and Quality Functional Lead to ensure that Manufacturing Procedures and DHR documents as submitted for review have the elements needed for MES conversion
o Provide training and support to production operators and inspectors during MES deployment
o Experience supporting and leading Quality Engineering tasks – CAPAs, NCMRs, New Product Development related tasks, risk management, etc.
