What you bring to SBHG (qualifications) :

• Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults.
• Two (2) years supervising direct care staff, in a health care setting.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). (2 year post licensure preferred.)
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American

Red Cross.

How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position conducts oversight of the programming and service delivery; conducts staff supervision; acts as a resource for therapists in the delivery of therapeutic services; performs diagnostic evaluations; and develops treatment plans. Supports data collection and CQI efforts; maintains liaison with the
County. Clinical Supervisor shall be on the premises the number of hours necessary to manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Division/Program Overview:

• 24/7 intensive treatment in safe and therapeutic homelike setting
• Voluntary residential program designed for adults
• CRPT serves as a “step down” transition from higher levels of care

• An adult unit equipped to serve 16 adults (ages 18 to 59)
• Behavioral healthcare crisis programs overseen by the Los Angeles County Department of

Mental Health (DMH), Intensive Care Division (ICD).
