You've never worked in trash pickup before? You're EXACTLY what we're looking for. If you could start your own trash service what would it be? Clean, efficient, high-paying, predictable? That's what we are and that's how we want to stay.

By character, we mean the following:

• You care (You genuinely care.) about the company, its customers, and your coworkers. Your desire is to do quality work with quality people.

• You take ownership of your route and you run it perfectly.
• You run by your route sheet.

You are flexible.

• Crap happens. It's life. You deal with it.

You are dependable.

• Steady, consistent, solid, reliable – these words describe you.
• "He'll (She'll) be here" is said of you often
• If you're absent, something is seriously and rarely wrong
• If your "stomach aches" or your "head hurts" every other week, you should probably seek employment elsewhere. You will not make it here.

You work well with others.

• You help other routes in need. You are willing and eager to help out when other routes arestruggling.

You hate drama.

• You avoid gossip. You shut it down when others stir it up. You refuse to pass on false, juicy, or damaging information. Your desire is to build others up.

You are drug-free.

• We regularly screen for drugs. This would not be a problem for you because you don't touch them.

By skill we mean:

You can maneuver a truck in reverse.

• We back about 25% of the time. So you have to be (or get) good at it.
• We back in the dark, in the rain, on country roads, up driveways, past cars.

You do not take unnecessary risks.

• We don't need rockstars, NASCAR drivers, or winners of the Dakar Desert Rally. We need steady, safe, low-risk drivers (these guys are always fastest in the end.).
