Job Overview:

The position includes typical receptionist duties and responsibilities such as (but not limited to), managing phone calls, appointment scheduling, insurance verification checks, payment processing, incoming and outgoing faxes, scanning documents, etc. The applicant must possess good customer service skills, have excellent time management skills, be flexible, and able to multi-task efficiently.

Qualifications::

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

One year of experience in healthcare OR

2 years customer service experience OR

Certified Nursing Assistant training
