Job Description :

Five-Town Health Alliance is a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing medical and dental services to patients of all ages, located in Bristol, Vermont.

We are seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude accountable for facilitating patient care, and documentation in EMR. Ability to work with a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic groups with various needs. This position will work independently and as a team member maintaining courteous, cooperative and professional attitude, while provide adequate support to co-workers, patients and families. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Minimum one-year experience working within a family practice healthcare setting is preferable.
