Advanced Vein Care has an immediate need for an additional full time (Monday-Thursday) medical assistant/medical receptionist.

Medical Assistant - would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner as they assist the provider(s) with procedures; accurately obtain and electronically document patient information; coordinate appointments; contact insurance companies (if help is needed) and other duties as assigned. Must have excellent computer skills. MA certification/experience preferred but not required. EMR & insurance experience, ICD-10, QuickBooks, Microsoft and previous medic office experience is a plus.

Medical Receptionist - would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner while scheduling appointment’, checking patients in/out, answering phones, verifying patient benefit information and other duties as assigned. EMR, Insurance, Microsoft, Quickbooks, ICD-10 experience preferred.
