Busy outpatient dermatology clinic in search of a Medical Assistant who is highly motivated and is has excellent customer service skills. Candidate must be able to multitask and be self-motivated. Must be willing to drive to Green Valley.

The basic duties of clinical medical assistants include:

• Taking Patient Vital Signs
• Taking Medical Histories
• Preparing Patients for Medical Tests and Examinations
• Assisting Physicians During Examinations
• Explaining Medical Procedures to Patients
• Sterilizing Medical Instruments
• Removing Sutures
• Calling Prescriptions in to Pharmacies
• Assistant with surgical procedures

Preferred qualifications: 2-3 years dermatology experience, Spanish speaking, knowledgeable with EMA (electronic medical record system)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
