Job Description :
Best Line Equipment is seeking a full-time, Industrial Sales Representative to work out of our Muncy, PA location. The sales territory will cover 14 counties spanning parts of central and northeastern Pennsylvania. This is a well established territory, with expectations of both maintaining existing accounts while adding new business and revenue streams. The primary responsibility of the position is to promote the sale and rental of our product lines to businesses in the industrial market within the assigned territory. The applicant must have equipment knowledge and have the customer service and sales skills necessary to earn a significant portion of their wage based upon sales results. The position has an annual base salary plus the opportunity to earn a variable compensation component.

Job Duties:
- Frequent jobsite and office visits to develop personal relationships, offer insight, and provide equipment recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships to create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream.
- Promote and sell products and services that require extensive technical expertise and support for operation.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Develop and maintain a client base in public, private, and government contracts.
- Furnish high demand customers with various equipment, while providing 24-hour service and response.
- Offer invoicing tailored specifically to meet the needs of the industry.
- Attend all sales calls and meetings, reporting directly to Sales Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Valid driver's license.
- Non-CDL, DOT medical card.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be a team-player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously.
